Thomas Tsang, MD, MPH
CEO, Co-Founder
Tom implemented an integrated behavioral healthcare and primary care model at a community health center a decade ago for 40,000 patients and is now taking that experience to Valera Health. His former roles include CMO at Merck's Healthcare Services and Solutions, Congressional staffer, Medical Director at the Office of the National Coordinator and Advisor to the Governor of Hawaii.
David Mou, MD, MBA
Chief Medical Officer
David is a psychiatrist in the Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean residency program. While pursuing his dual degree at Harvard Medical School and Harvard Business School, he worked for Fidelity Biosciences (a biotech venture capital firm), raised funding for startups and founded and sold a medical education company.
Noam Shahaf
Noam formerly served as Head of Technology and Strategy in an elite technology unit in the Israeli Defense Forces. He is passionate about building innovative people-centered products, and brings more than 10 years of experience managing projects in IT and mobile technology, cyber security and business research.
Noam Tzur
Web & Server Side Developer
Noam formerly worked as a Software Engineer at Quickode, VMWare and ORCAM. He received his B.S. in Computer Software Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Engineering.
Cho Weng
Director of Programs
Cho has more than 7 years of experience working directly with behavioral health populations. She has deployed technology solutions for case management and integrated behavioral health care at large healthcare organizations. Cho passionate about creating a better mental healthcare system built on technology, innovation, and a focus on patient and provider experience. Cho holds a B.S. in Psychology from University of Rochester.

Emma Smith
Director of Operations
Emma is passionate about tackling challenges in behavioral healthcare through innovation. She has experience supporting organizations in their integration of primary and behavioral healthcare with National Council for Behavioral Health, and previously worked in tech consulting. Emma holds an AB in Social Studies from Harvard College.
David Ricupero
Director, Business Development
David is passionate about bringing wellness to others through technology. He most recently spent time in Haiti doing population health research in Haitian schools. Prior to Haiti, he was the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Duet Health. David is also a co-founder of the Tech in Mental Health Podcast.
Marianna Cohen
Lead Product Designer
Marianna is an experienced user interface designer with a demonstrated history of working in the design industry. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Design and Visual Communications from HIT (Holon Institute of Technology) and has a strong passion for human-centered design and bringing beautiful interfaces to life.
Hannah Mezan
Server Side Developer
Hannah was formerly a software developer at Operative. She received her B.S. in Software Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Engineering.
Eric Yip
Eric Yip graduated from the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling at Nyack College with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling in 2019. Eric completed his internship at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center with a focus on community-based integrated Asian/Asian-American health care.

He is adjunct professor of medicine at the Stanford University School of Medicine and a contributor at Forbes.

President, Co-Founder
Ofer is a physician and entrepreneur with extensive experience in both clinical and commercial product development for startups in health tech, biotech, and medical devices. As the former Medical Director for Merck Israel, Ofer founded a big data research collaboration between the pharmaceutical industry and a large payer.
Simon A. Rego PSYD, ABPP, A-CBT
Simon is the Chief Psychologist, Director of Psychology Training, and Director of the CBT Training Program at Montefiore Medical Center, the academic medical center and University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. He also is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, one of the nation's premier institutions for medical education, basic research and clinical investigation.
